EventBox + Realmac Software = Socialite

So, the cat is out of the bag (and may have been for a while now).

Realmac Software, creators of LittleSnapper and RapidWeaver, have taken over development of EventBox, and renamed it Socialite.

I've written before how much I liked EventBox, so the fact that I like Socialite is no big surprise. Making custom smart folders alone is the winner for me. This is 1.0 and if you bought EventBox you'll get a key to Socialite.

So, it's Tweetie on the iPhone (amazing features) and Socialite on the desktop.

Mind you, the Twitter client arena is so active right now, this could change pretty quickly.
